Every kind of organisation is subject to development and change, be it through outside events or from the inside. Something will inevitably change and develop. The question is in what manner and how it will happen.
In certain aspects human is a creature of habit and finds it hard to change himself. It takes a certain amount of preparation to introduce changes as successfully as planned. In our projects we are constantly confronted with changes. Project co-workers come and go, new process models are being adopted, or perhaps a new software is being developed that surely will be implemented at a later date and bring a new change...
