Here are a few tips, as to how you could use "Support and Services all around CARE" fast:

-> Would you like to utilize one of the products mentioned below but get price information first, then send us an Email to support@sophist.de. Ask about our price list for “product supporting services”. It will be send to you as soon as possible. Once you have selected a product, you simply fax us the order with the product number from the price list and the quantity to: 49 (0) 911/ 409 00 - 90. We respond promptly.

The product portfolio – all around CARE

    • CARE New Releases
      We provide you with new product versions right after their release. Our product manager sends them to you, of course with manual and improvements description.
    • Support-Contracts
      Our support contracts are product packages from all or just some of the mentioned products on the left side, in diverse composition and size.

Support offers:CARE specific trainings:

    • Hourly-Support-Package You can buy a package from 10 hours up and use it on demand for one of the following: Email support, hotline support, customizing and/or installation. Advantage: Noticeable discount of hourly rates
    • CARE Classes for Tool–Responsible Employees
      Contents: methods and application of requirements management, plus practical configurations management. Place: on your ground (in-house training). Participants: up to 10 people. Duration: 1 day. Notice: A Lotus Notes classroom should be provided by you.
    • Email-Support
      You ask us a question about CARE, about its application and configuration via Email. Minimal charge time is per quarter hour. Email support, does not cover methodical support.
    • CARE Trainings for Users.
      Contents: Methods of Requirements Management, as well as practical tool application. Place: on your ground (in-house training). Participants: up to 10 people. Duration: 1 day. Notice: A Lotus Notes classroom should be provided by you.
    • Hotline-Support
      You simply call us! Either we answer you right away, or we will call you back. The length of support (includes the call(s) plus processing) is calculated, as for Email support, per quarter hour.
    • Requirements Engineering Training
      Contents: Methods of Requirements Engineering.
      Place: on your ground (in-house training). Participants: up to 12 people. Duration: 2 days.

      In case you need for us to provide a Lotus Notes classroom just give us a call. We would be happy to install the necessary hard and software in case of shortage! Ask about our prices!

      Installation of CARE in the already present and necessary technical infrastructure of your premises (see site "Technical Data").
    • Set-up of Lotus Notes Infrastructure
      Depending on size of infrastructure to be set up we will submit an offer for the use of our own employees or we will recommend one of our technology partners, with whom we have had only the best experience.
